First we provide a free estimate. Once an estimate is approved, we require a 50% deposit to proceed with design.We prepare a mock up for you and after design approval is given, your order is sent to production and an installation date is scheduled (if required).
Yes, we are happy to come to you and measure or make recommendations before quoting your job! Send us an email and we can schedule something as soon as possible.
Customers are required to pay a deposit of 50%.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, direct deposits/e-transfers or cheques.
We use both Adobe Illustrator CC and Photoshop CC. The preferred format for your graphic files should be compatible with one of these standard programs (an illustrator .ai or .eps file). Of course if this is not possible, we can accommodate your graphic needs with our talented and versatile design team. This may incur additional art charges.
Yes, we can match colours. Please supply either a Pantone colour*, hard copy, or email a PDF or jpeg for reference with all artwork.
*Please note, while we do our best to match your colours, some Pantone colour tones cannot be reproduced but can be closely matched by our printing process.
